Amanda D. Corsaro is an experienced attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. She earned her BS in Political Science and BA in Criminal Justice from Pace University in 2012, her JD from Roger Williams University in 2014, and her Master’s in Criminal Justice in 2015. Amanda began her legal career in criminal defense and family law, with a focus on clients affected by mental health and substance use issues.

In 2018, she transitioned to the field of assisted reproductive technology, joining Circle Surrogacy in Boston. Over the years, Amanda has supported thousands of intended parents through surrogacy and egg donation processes, drafting and negotiating thousands of related agreements. She has successfully obtained Pre-Birth Parentage Orders in New Jersey and Massachusetts and has worked with legal professionals worldwide to help secure parentage for international clients.

Her global experience includes clients from across the U.S. and countries such as the UK, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, Japan, China, Norway, Portugal, Brazil, Spain, and Mexico.

In January 2025, Amanda joined The Fertility Law Center, P.C., where she continues to focus on helping individuals and couples grow their families through assisted reproduction.
