
Amira Hasenbush
California
Amira Hasenbush is the co-founder and managing partner of All Family Legal, PC, where she leads the firm’s family formation practice. Her work focuses on egg donation, surrogacy, sperm donation, and adoption. Often described as “a lawyer with heart,” Amira is known for her thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented approach, as well as her deep commitment to ensuring every client feels supported and empowered throughout their journey.
Amira is highly engaged in the assisted reproduction and LGBTQ+ legal communities. She is an active member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s Family Law Institute, the American Bar Association’s Assisted Reproductive Technology Subcommittee, and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy. She is also a fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and serves on the Legal Advisory Committee for Men Having Babies.
Before practicing law full-time, Amira spent five and a half years as a Law and Policy Fellow at the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law. She graduated second in her class from UCLA School of Law and holds a Master of Public Health from UCLA. Amira’s work has been widely published and featured in major media outlets, and in 2023 she was named one of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s 40 Lawyers Under 40.
