Beth S. Wolfsong is co-owner of Wolfsong Law PC, a Portland, Oregon-based firm specializing in surrogacy and surrogacy-related parentage in Oregon and Washington, as well as estate planning in Oregon. She works closely with clients to address their unique legal needs, fostering long-term relationships along the way.
Before law school, Beth advocated for the elderly, individuals with developmental disabilities, and homeless pets. She earned her J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2002 and began her legal career as a staff attorney for Southern Arizona Legal Aid and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Upon returning to Oregon, she clerked for the Honorable Marilyn Litzenberger before joining private practice, focusing on the legal needs of LGBTQIA+ and other minority communities.
In 2013, Beth and her wife, Jennifer, opened Wolfsong Law PC, continuing their commitment to serving LGBTQIA+ families.
A native of Portland, Beth enjoys all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. In her free time, she hikes, backpacking, camps, beach-combs, and explores the outdoors with her wife and their two dogs.
