Dorota Kozak is a partner and chair of the Adoption/Assisted Reproductive Technology practice section, focusing on adoption law, family law, assisted reproductive technology, and estate planning. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA) and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS).
Dorota is a recognized thought leader, frequently writing and speaking on family formation law. She has received numerous honors, including the 2022 Athena Award, Lehigh Valley Business Woman of Influence, YWCA Woman of the Year, Girl Scouts Take the Lead, 40 Under 40 by Lehigh Valley Business, and Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine.
She earned dual degrees in Politics and Criminal Justice from DeSales University and her J.D. from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Environmental Law and Technology Journal. Dorota is also an alumna of Leadership Lehigh Valley and a former chair of the United Way of Greater Lehigh Valley and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors.
She helps families grow by guiding clients through adoption, surrogacy agreements, and ethical family-building practices with expertise and compassion.
