Elizabeth Swire Falker, Esq. (“Liz”) is a New York attorney with over 21 years of experience in third-party assisted reproduction law. A graduate of Wellesley College and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Liz began her career as a Manhattan litigator before founding her own family-building law practice in 2004:StorkLawyer.com. She is also the author of The Infertility Survival Handbook and The Ultimate Insider’s Guide to Adoption, as well as a published legal scholar on embryo disposition.

In 2011, Liz co-founded The Stork Escrow Management Connection, Inc. (Stork Escrow®), which provided escrow services for the ART community. The company was sold to SeedTrust in 2024.

Liz is an ART Fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and a member of NY Attorneys for Family Formation, ASRM (Legal Practice Group), RESOLVE, the ABA’s ART Committee, and other professional organizations. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
