Erin Robinson is the founder and attorney at the Law Office of Erin Robinson PC, where she focuses exclusively on family formation. She represents intended parents and surrogates equally, and also works with egg, sperm, and embryo donors and recipients. As an adoption attorney, Erin handles independent, international, second-parent, step-parent, and adult adoptions.
Born and raised in Oregon, Erin completed her undergraduate degree in three years at the University of Oregon and earned her JD and MSEL from Vermont Law School in 2002. She began her legal career at a leading family formation firm before founding her own practice fifteen years ago to meet the growing demand for assisted reproductive technology services.
Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Erin has helped thousands of individuals, couples, and polycules across the U.S. and internationally build their families. She is an Adoption and ART Fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and a member of the LGBTQ+ Bar, Family Law Institute, and ABA Family Law Section.
Erin also volunteers on Clackamas County’s Citizen Review Board, her local Trails Advisory Committee, and the advisory team of Roaring Adventures, a nonprofit supporting first responders experiencing infertility. In her free time, she enjoys skiing on Mt. Hood, gardening, reading, and spending time with her two sons.
