
Meg Nemeth Ledebuhr

Meg brings extensive agency, litigation, and personal infertility experience to Midwest Fertility Law Group. Before founding the firm, she served as Director of Legal Services at ConceiveAbilities, an international egg donation and surrogacy agency, coordinating the legal journey for all parties in gestational surrogacy and egg donor arrangements. In this role, she collaborated with doctors, intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, and fertility attorneys nationwide.
Meg also gained courtroom experience at several respected family law firms, representing clients in fertility and adoption matters while honing her litigation skills. Her personal insight into adoption and infertility allows her to address not only legal issues but also the emotional complexities of family building.
Recognized by peers and prestigious organizations, Meg was named one of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s 40 Under Forty Illinois Attorneys to Watch in 2013, included in The Best Lawyers in America® in 2015, and a Super Lawyer Rising Star multiple times. She has authored numerous legal articles and served as Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Adoption Law Committee and as a member of the ABA Assisted Reproductive Technology Law Committee.
Meg holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from Chicago Kent College of Law.
