Victoria T. Ferrara is the managing partner of The Ferrara Law Group, PC, and a leading attorney in assisted reproductive technology (ART) law. A graduate of Fairfield University and St. John’s University School of Law, Victoria has helped countless individuals and couples build families. She and her spouse, Michelle Loris, have two sons, Salvatore and Nicholas.

Victoria achieved national recognition for the landmark Connecticut Supreme Court case Raftopol v. Ramey, which established new legal pathways for parentage through gestational surrogacy. She is also the author of Gestational Surrogacy: The Definitive Guide (2023) and a frequent speaker on surrogacy, reproductive law, and legal ethics.

Her advocacy has earned her the Lambda Legal Award and a State of Connecticut Proclamation for Equality (2016), as well as the Mid-Fairfield AIDS Project President’s Award (2017). Victoria is a member of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, the Family Law Institute of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the ABA.

In addition to her legal career, Victoria is a professional singer-songwriter performing under the name Vicki F., with music available on Spotify and other streaming platforms via Pilot Light Records.
