Brian Klein is the owner and managing attorney of Klein Fertility Law, having joined the firm  in 2011. Brian has advised thousands of hopeful parents-to-be in all facets of fertility  law, including egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy. Brian  also leads the firm’s team for international relations, often speaking at international  surrogacy seminars, advising on current issues, and providing guidance to other  practitioners. He is a member of the legal committee in the Society for Ethics in Egg  Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS).
