Licensed in California, Washington, and Oregon, Casey has been practicing law  since 2012 and joined Klein Fertility Law in 2019. His practice focuses on all aspects  of fertility law, including establishing parental rights for intended parents, navigating  domestic and international legal issues, and providing estate planning services such as  trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. A dedicated advocate for reproductive rights and  access to assisted reproduction, Casey advises the firm’s clients both in the U.S. and  abroad. Casey is a proud member of the American Academy of Adoption & Assisted  Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA).
