Emilee Gehling is an attorney who represents business owners, professionals, and executives in negotiating and closing business deals. Growing up in a family-run business, she understands the unique challenges faced by companies at all stages, from start-ups to third-generation ownership.

In addition to her corporate work, Emilee practices fertility law, assisting gestational surrogates, intended parents, and adoptive parents in building their families. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Law Attorneys (AAARTA).

Emilee earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa and served as Counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee before returning to the Siouxland area to practice privately. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Great Plains Rising Star (2013–2020) and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Active in her community, Emilee was crowned Mrs. Iowa International 2019 and named one of Siouxland Magazine’s Top 11 Under 40. She enjoys skiing, boating, and lakeside bonfires with her husband, Aaron, and their four children, and cheers on her alma mater, the Fighting Irish, each fall.
