Emily McArthur Beaucheval opened Beaucheval Law Firm, LLC, formerly McArthur Law Firm, in 2006, and focuses solely on assisted reproductive technology law, adoption and estate planning.

Emily received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2004, where she was admitted to the prestigious 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Clinic. She also participated as a student lawyer in the Student Law Office and the Student Justice Action Group.

Emily holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she graduated with honors, and a Master of Art and Art History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

When away from the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her horses, acting as a certified Equine Specialist (EAGALA) in equine therapy sessions, splitboarding and skiing, playing piano, guitar and banjo, and hiking and horseback riding in the thousands of Mountain Parks Open Space acreage behind her house.
