Lynn is a founder of The Law Center for Children & Families and a creative litigator dedicated to protecting children’s rights. With over 30 years of experience, she has handled jury and court trials, helped shape state and national laws for adoption and surrogacy, and served as an expert witness in MercyCare Insurance Company v. Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance, addressing maternity coverage for surrogates.

Her practice focuses on children’s law, including surrogacy, termination of parental rights, adoption, custody, guardianship, visitation, and family-in-fact matters. Lynn represents clients in trials, appeals, and international surrogacy cases, working with intended parents from countries including France, China, Japan, Belgium, Canada, and the Netherlands. She is fluent in French and especially enjoys assisting families from France.

Lynn is also the founder and sole owner of Adoptions of Wisconsin, Inc., where The Law Center serves as general counsel, managing adoptions and parental rights terminations. She previously founded a surrogacy coordination program, which she sold in 2017. Across all her work, Lynn prioritizes integrity, ensuring that legal processes support ethical, fair, and successful family formation for children and parents alike.
