Lynn Goldman

Georgia

Lynn Goldman is a partner at Claiborne Fox Bradley Goldman, LLC and Southern Surrogacy, LLC, where she helps families build through assisted reproduction. She leads gestational carrier recruitment and screening, matching families with the best candidates. Lynn’s passion for family law began before law school, after earning a degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama and working as a child protection case manager, where she approved Clayton County’s first same-sex adoption in 1994.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia, publishing on Munchausen by Proxy, and began her legal career at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society handling domestic violence, child welfare, and other civil cases. From 2005–2010, she served as Managing Attorney for the One Child, One Lawyer Program, training attorneys to advocate for children in dependency cases.

Lynn is a registered dependency, delinquency, and domestic relations mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She has drafted Georgia’s juvenile mediation laws, developed training programs, and testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

She is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Technology Attorneys, a member of the Georgia Council of Adoption Attorneys, and a founding board member and current Chair of the Jewish Fertility Foundation. Her professional experience, personal perspective as an intended parent, and commitment to children and families inform every aspect of her work.
