Rachael K. Pirner graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School in 1989 and has practiced at Triplett Woolf Garretson, LLC in Wichita, Kansas, for over 35 years. Her expertise spans assisted reproductive technology (ART) and adoption, including drafting and reviewing donor and surrogacy agreements, parentage actions, and adoptions for the past 33 years. She has contributed to revisions of the Uniform Parentage Act and Kansas Vital Statistics Act, advising the Kansas Family Law Judicial Council Advisory Committee.

Rachael has represented clients in evidentiary hearings and trials at the district court level, and argued before the Kansas Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court.

Active in the legal community, she has held all offices in the Wichita Women Attorneys Association and Kansas Women Attorneys Association, served as Governor and Board Delegate to the Kansas Bar Association, and represented Kansas in the American Bar Association House of Delegates. She currently serves as Kansas State Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates and as Kansas State Chair for the American Bar Foundation. Recently, Rachael was elected as a lawyer member of the Kansas Supreme Court Nominating Commission for the Fourth Congressional District.
