Rebecca Levin Nayak is an experienced assisted reproduction attorney who helps intended parents navigate surrogacy with clarity and confidence. She guides clients through the negotiation of surrogacy contracts and secures the necessary court orders to establish legal parentage. In addition to her work with intended parents, Rebecca has extensive experience representing surrogates and handling gamete donation agreements.
Rebecca is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, where she co-chairs the ART Resource Committee. She also co-chairs the Parentage Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, is the past chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and is a founding member of the Family Law Institute of the National LGBTQ+ Bar. Rebecca has been deeply involved in legislative advocacy, working to modernize and advance laws protecting families formed through assisted reproduction. She regularly presents at national and local conferences on surrogacy, gamete and embryo donation, adoption, and LGBTQ+ family building.
