Rose is an attorney licensed in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey and has gained recognition in the rapidly evolving field of fertility law. She handles complex parentage establishment matters, surrogacy and donor arrangements, and has developed a niche representing LGBTQ+ parents using sperm donation in newly established parentage proceedings, without the need for a second-parent adoption. Rose is an associate in the SSRGA Fertility Law practice, which is known for its concierge-level service, sophisticated legal expertise, and compassionate approach. Rose also maintains a burgeoning matrimonial law practice at SSRGA.

Rose is the Co-Chair of the New York Women’s Bar Association Reproductive Rights Committee, and a member of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies CLE Planning Committee for the American Bar Association Family Law Section, the New York State Bar Association Surrogacy Subcommittee, and the LGBT Bar Association of New York.

Rose’s writing on the topics of assisted reproduction and LGBTQ+ parentage has appeared in the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law, and Justice, the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law, and the Tulane Journal of Law and Sexuality.

Rose received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she returns to lecture on the topics of fertility and matrimonial law.
