Sarah Wilson
Iowa
Sarah is an adoption and surrogacy attorney who founded her own law firm to help clients grow their families. She began practicing assisted reproductive technology (ART) and family-building law early in her career, inspired by the rewarding nature of this work and her meaningful relationships with clients.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Health Care Administration from Drake University Law School and Des Moines University. She began her career as a law clerk in Webster County, Iowa, and later practiced health care, adoption, and surrogacy law at a large Des Moines firm before establishing Sarah E. Wilson Law Firm.
Originally from central Iowa, Sarah completed her undergraduate degree at Iowa State University and spent several years in the health care field while her spouse served in the Marine Corps in South Carolina. She and her family have now returned to central Iowa, where her practice is based.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and rescue dogs, hiking, camping, and snowshoeing. She is also actively involved in volunteer work and non-profit boards, with a special commitment to supporting Latina communities and those impacted by breast cancer, causes that are deeply personal to her and her family.
