Stephanie Brinkley is the Founder and Owner of Brinkley Law Firm, LLC, with offices in Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina. She focuses her practice on Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) law, guiding intended parents, gestational carriers, and donors through the legal complexities of family building. She also advises families navigating divorce involving children conceived through third-party reproduction, addressing issues such as legal parentage, embryo ownership, and consent disputes.

Stephanie serves as Chair of the American Bar Association’s ART Committee, where she also leads a successful mentorship program. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA) and a professional member of ASRM, SEEDS, and RESOLVE. She is Of Counsel in South Carolina to the International Fertility Law Group.

An active speaker, Stephanie has presented for the ABA, the South Carolina Bar, and internationally before the Paris Bar Association and the International Surrogacy Forum. She is also co-author of Developing a Successful Assisted Reproduction Technology Law Practice, published by the ABA.
