Stephanie M. Caballero, Esq.
California, District of Columbia, Texas, Washington
Stephanie M. Caballero, Esq., is the founder of The Surrogacy Law Center, APC, and has represented thousands of clients worldwide in assisted reproductive arrangements. Her firm specializes exclusively in Family Formation and Reproductive Law. Stephanie has been featured on numerous media outlets, including the Today Show, Access Hollywood, ABC News, NPR, BBC Mundo, HuffPost Live, and The Los Angeles Times.
Stephanie’s passion for reproductive law is deeply personal. After eight years of infertility treatments – including over 10 artificial inseminations, three surgeries, three miscarriages, and 13 IVF procedures – she realized her dream of parenthood through surrogacy. Because the state where her twins were born did not recognize surrogacy, she also completed their adoption.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (where she served on the Legal Professional Group board), and the International Association of Lawyers.
The Surrogacy Law Center is licensed in California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Michigan, Texas, and Washington State, and its multilingual staff speak Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Mandarin. Stephanie combines her professional expertise and personal experience to guide clients compassionately and effectively through every stage of their family-building journey.
