Tim is an internationally recognized attorney specializing in surrogacy and assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including egg, sperm, and embryo donation, parentage actions, and embryo disputes. He is dedicated to securing parental rights and shaping the legal framework for families building through ART.

With a strong litigation background, Tim has successfully handled complex cases, including the landmark Missouri frozen embryo case, McQueen v. Gadberry. Previously a partner for 20 years in the family law department of Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C., he uses his extensive experience to prevent disputes in ART arrangements before they arise.

Tim is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and serves on the Executive Council of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee. He is a frequent speaker for organizations including the ABA, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Missouri Bar Association, and multiple law schools.

He has authored numerous legal articles and book chapters, including the assisted reproductive technologies chapter for the Missouri Bar Family Law CLE Desk Book.
